I'm new to Mac, still trying to learn the ins and outs of the new OS. What do you recommend for utilities software? There must be something to get rid of junk files, restore memory...the standard utility features.
I'm new to Mac, what do you recommend for utilities? System Mechanic isn't Mac compatible, is there something similar?
